Applying eyelash extensions can be quite intricate, this course ensures that adequate time is allowed for you to learn the theory and practical knowledge required to become an amazing eyelash technician, not just an eyelash therapist.
PRACTICE
This training is either a very small class or one to one for individual coaching, you will be practicing in small stages and small steps practicing on training heads and live models. You will need to bring a model with you, all information will be sent to you in an email before the day of training. Please read the email carefully.

HOW DIFFICULT IS THE TECHNIQUE TO PICK UP?
The trainer will start with small steps in stages, and you will be practicing each stage before moving onto the next. Your trainer will guide you all the way showing you tips and methods to help application. This is a completely new skill, and as a beginner please be aware and don’t be too hard on yourself. You are here to learn, we are here to teach! You will always have unlimited support, on the training course and after.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
All equipment and materials needed for the training day are included, No Hidden Extras. Just bring yourself and be eager to learn!
IS A KIT INCLUDED?
Yes a Royal Beginners Starter kit worth $250 is included.
DO I RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE?
Yes, a Certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the course and 6 case studies.
DO I NEED TO HAVE ANY BEAUTY KNOWLEDGE BEFORE I ATTEND THIS COURSE?
No this is a total beginners course. Anyone is welcome to learn and change their career, or add on as a side career!
END OF COURSE
You will go through a refresher of therapist procedures, client consultation after care, Infills and health & safety.
A short assessment test covering your days training.
You will need to supply 6 case studies and on successful completion will be issued with an accredited qualification (Diploma)

- We’ve made it easy for you to secure your chosen training course! We only require a payment of $300 as a Deposit to reserve your place. Once reserved, the balance is payable 14 days prior to your training course.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED HELP AFTER THE COURSE?
There is annual unlimited email and telephone support direct with your trainer.
- We are also the only Lash Academy that run FREE refreshers every 4-6 months after you take this training, which you can come to all or any, there are no restrictions on how many you want to attend.

CAN I OBTAIN INSURANCE WITH MY CERTIFICATE?
Yes, your certificate is accredited and you will be able to obtain insurance. We hold one of the highest CPD points for our training courses.
DO I RECEIVE THE LICENSE TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN STATE OF MY CHOICE?
UK Lash Institute trains students in any form of eyelash extensions (Beginners Classic, Hybrid, Russian Volume or Mega Volume) and certifies them in these skills. While being certified, you MUST have a Cosmetology or Esthetics License to perform these services on clients in the state of Illinois.
If you possess a Cosmetology or Esthetics License, you must provide a copy to UK Lash Institute prior to the class. The fee you pay to UK Lash Institute is for training and certification in Eyelash Extensions, not any form of license.
If you live in a different State, it is your responsibility to understand the laws of the State in question regarding performing services. Please check with your local authorities for state regulations and requirements.
WHAT ARE THE CLASS HOURS?
Training classes start at 10am – 5.30pm. Some training days may differ/be shorter depending on an individuals skill level.
LUNCH
All refreshments are provided for all our training courses. Due to dietary/allergy requirements we ask that you bring some lunch to enjoy on the day of your training course, all our training courses have a short lunch break.
DO I NEED TO WEAR A UNIFORM?
This is entirely up to you but it is not essential, but please do wear something that is comfortable and that has no loose long sleeves.
HOW DO I PAY?
We have two options available:
- Pay in full when booking(nonrefundable).
- Book with a $300 deposit & pay remaining balance 14 days before training.
Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to another date a $75 admin fee will be added for this change. This must be paid at time of change of date request. A minimum of 14 days notice is required.
